50% deposit is due upon booking

The Swissvale Bowl-A-Rama reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damages to the premises will be charged to the individual/organization that booked the function. The Bowl-A-Rama cannot assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought into the premises. Any food taken from the premises by the guest is at the sole risk of the guest. Arrangements for removal of food must be made prior to the function. All displays and decorations shall be subject to prior approval of management. Absolutely no materials are to be hung with staples or tacks. A guaranteed attendance number is required 14 days prior to your function. A 50% deposit is due in accordance with this contract.
